Un soir de pluie, un groupe de lycéens réunis dans leur classe effectue un rituel censé renforcer leur amitié. Au lieu de cela, ils se retrouvent projetés dans une école primaire frappée par une terrible malédiction et dont ils n'arrivent pas à s'échapper. Des fantômes d'enfants et un mystérieux tueur hantent les couloirs de l'établissement et le massacre commence. Naomi, Satoshi, Ayumi et leurs camarades tentent de survivre et de trouver un moyen de revenir dans la réalité.
